Check out this CD from DJ Lubi: 'NYC Salsa 3'. Great compilation of up tempo
classic
Salsa from
this historically
important
period,
including
tracks
from many
of our
favourite
artists.
Not a practice
pace CD,
but great
for the
car stereo.
Have it
blasting
out on
your way
to class
or a Salsa
club!

Available in most UK music stores.
Beginners, lay the right foundations and take the time to practice with slow and mid pace tracks. Gradually increase the pace to get your turn patterns up to speed. Get to grips with that body roll or shoulder isolation you have been working on. Practicing your styling to cha cha can help, the slower speed will give you more time to isolate and coordinate your body movements.
